L’affittacamere “Il Casale di Nanni” è situato a circa 1 km dalla bellissima città Lucca con le sue uniche mura cinquecentesche che la circondano, ma allo stesso tempo è immerso nella quieta campagna. Il casale (che appartiene da generazioni alla famiglia che lo gestisce) è interamente ristrutturato, pur mantenendo tutte le sue caratteristiche principali quali pavimenti in cotto, soffitti di travicelli intercalati da mezzane ed una bellissima terrazza da cui si può ammirare il panorama circostante; inoltre è dotato di tutti i comfort più moderni quali climatizzazione e riscaldamento autonomo, tv, internet, frigo bar, phon e bagno con doccia in ogni camera.

La colazione sarà servita da personale familiare ed accogliente e potrete gustarla in una grande sala dotata di tv satellitare. La struttura è dotata di parcheggio privato, piscina, parco giochi ed un’attrezzata palestra ed infine Vi offre la possibilità di noleggiare bici. Il cliente è libero di entrare ed uscire a qualsiasi ora in quanto assieme alla chiave della camera verrà consegnata anche la chiave del portone principale. The landlord “Il Casale di Nanni” is situated from approximately 1 km from the beautiful sixteenth century walls that enclose the city of Lucca, but is as the same time dipped into the quiet countryside. The country house (which belongs to the family who managed it for several generations) is entirely restructured but maintains all its typical characteristics such as the old tiling pavements in “cotto”, ceilings of small joist put in from mizzens and a great terrace from which you can enjoy the pleasant panorama surrounding it; moreover it is equipped of all the modern comfort such as air conditioning and independent heating, TV, Internet, mini bar, hair dryer and a bathroom with a shower in every bedroom.

The breakfast will be prepared and served by a receiving and friendly staff and will be taken in a large room equipped it of satellite TV and in the warmer months you could be served in a great inner courtyard with a nice view on the park where you will also find the private parking, the swimming pool and the playground for the children.The structure is equipped of a large multi-activities room and offers you the possibility to rent bicycles.

The customer is free to enter and exit at any hour of day or night as he will carry with him the key of his bedroom and the key of the main door.The staff will be happy to give you all the touristic information and itineraries to follow to get to know and appreciate Lucca and its outskirts.

La conduzione è a carattere familiare e le nostre prerogative sono la riservatezza , ospitalità e pulizia. Le camere sono suddivise in tre strutture: "LA SPIGA 1" e "LA SPIGA 2", vicine tra loro, sono situate alle porte di Firenze raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti di auto oppure con il bus cittadino (linea n. 35 Fermata Baccellina 1) con fermata posizionata vicino alle due strutture. "LA SPIGA 3" è invece situata in zona diversa dalle altre due ma sempre alle porte di Firenze raggiungibile in auto in circa 20/25 minuti oppure tramite il bus cittadino (vedere di seguito).

La Spiga offre un soggiorno particolarmente consigliato per coloro che vogliono visitare la città senza problemi di parcheggio. Nelle immediate vicinanze, oltre che poter visitare le varie opere d’arte, potete passare un po’ del vostro tempo facendo shopping nel grande centro commerciale I Gigli, in particolare per chi alloggia nella LA SPIGA 3, la quale è situata proprio di fronte al centro commerciale, inoltre potete passare delle ore di relax nel vicino Centro Benessere Hidron. Non c’è orario di rientro perché al momento del vostro arrivo vi consegneremo le chiavi della camera per poter essere indipendenti ed avere l’accesso in qualsiasi momento del giorno e della notte. Attenzione è necessario comunicare l’orario del vostro arrivo per potervi ricevere. La prima colazione non è servita. La Spiga 1 è dotata di due camere triple posizionate al piano terreno di una graziosa villetta che si affaccia su un ampio spazio verde.

Le camere sono molto luminose, ariose e confortevoli; entrambe sono dotate di riscaldamento, aria condizionata e bagno privato. La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata ogni mattina. La Spiga 2 ospita i suoi clienti in una piccola e confortevole villetta dotata di 3 camere, di cui due con bagno da condividere al piano ed una con bagno privato interno e corte privata. Le camere sono tre, tutte molto spaziose, e sono posizionate una (doppia) al piano terreno con bagno privato e due (doppia e quadrupla) al primo piano con bagno da condividere. Arredate in maniera semplice e funzionale sono tutte dotate di riscaldamento e tv a colori. La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata ogni mattina. La Spiga 3 vi ospita in un confortevole appartamento al 4° piano raggiungibile sia con scale che con ascensore. Le camere, di cui una singola ed una doppia, sono spaziose ed entrambe con bagno esclusivo. Le camere sono arredate in maniera semplice e funzionale provviste di riscaldamento per i mesi invernali e ventilatore in estate ed entrambe con tv a colori. La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata ogni mattina. Questa struttura non è vicina alla sede principale quindi è tassativo comunicare l’orario di arrivo e confermare lo stesso un’ora prima; inoltre in questa struttura non è possibile effettuare il pagamento con Bancomat o Carte di Credito.

Relais Stella is the largest structure located in a welcoming ground roof with 2 rooms on the ground floor and the other 3 on the first floor with overlooking the street inside the country. Relais Stella 2 is the other structure and develops only on the ground floor with a double room. In this structure can require the use kitchen. It's ideal for those who prefer to stay in the structure for lunch and/or dinner. In the kitchen for guest are in addition to the dishes, fridge, microwave and color tv. There isn’t an hour to come back because when you arrive you will receive the keys, to organize your day as you wish. Breakfast is not served. The payment of stay can be done with money or credit card/bancomat upon arrival. Available private parking gratis.

A piedi puoi raggiungere Santa Maria Maggiore e Piazza della Repubblica, da Via Nazionale puoi arrivare a Piazza Venezia e da lì Fori Imperiali e Colosseo.

La vicinanza alla stazione centrale, inoltre, ti permetterà di raggiungere in pochi minuti quegli angoli pittoreschi di Roma che hanno l’obbligo di essere apprezzati: i vicoli tipici di Campo de Fiori e Trastevere, la Roma popolana di Testaccio e quella maestosa delle Basiliche. The new “Roma da Noi” has been just opened in Jenuary 2009, in a historical building dates back to the early 1900s. We are on the third floor of a building (with lift/elevator) that is typical of this area in Rome. It is located just about hundred metres away from the city's main transport hub and train station, Termini with the Air Terminal. Finally, such a central location means that you can quickly reach many of Rome's famous sights on foot, such as The Basilique of Santa Maria Maggiore, Piazza della Repubblica, than walking down Via Nazionale, you can easily reach the Coliseum and Roman Forum, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. “Roma da Noi” is a place concepted to ensures you an enjoyable stay in Rome, we realized 4 Rooms in total, 3 double rooms and 1 for 3 or 4 persons. We will be plaised to give you our welcome in a friendly, relaxed and easy atmosphere.

Ogni stanza ha il nome di un personaggio ed è dotata di: bagno interno, A/C, tv, frigo-bar e telefono. All’esterno un ampio giardino e il parcheggio privato. Villa Comics dista 4 km dalla stazione ferroviaria di Sapri e 2 km dal centro di Villammare, in meno di un’ora d’auto si raggiungono Maratea, Palinuro e Paestum.
